Sales, returns and refunds

  • Please contact us before returning a product purchased online. You will have to bear the cost of return delivery.
  • You have 30 days after receiving the item or in-store pickup to make an exchange or initiate a return by mail.
  • Exchanges are allowed in store only with proof of purchase within 30 days.
  • All products must be exchanged in their original packaging.
  • To give a fair chance to everyone, we might limit your order to three (3) copies of a high demand item. We will cancel the additional items and provide a refund.
  • Each product is inspected for quality, condition and working condition before being shipped or set aside. If a problem with your product or order should occur, we will take the necessary steps to resolve the situation. Please contact us if you receive a defective or broken product.
