- We offer a competitive shipping price of $12.99 in Quebec and $14.99 elsewhere in Canada regardless of the amount of items purchased for orders under $150 before taxes.
- We offer free shipping for any order made in Canada over $150 before taxes.
- Please allow 2 to 4 business days to receive your order in Canada after shipment.
- We send our packages through Canada Post using Expedited Service unless you make an arrangement with us in advance. (Additional fees for Express Service will apply)
- You will receive a tracking number once your order has been prepared.
- In-store pickup is always free.
Price and method for shipping to the United States
- We offer a competitive shipping price of $19.99CAD regardless of the amount of items purchased for orders made in the United States under $200CAD before taxes.
- We offer free shipping for any order made in the United States over $200 before taxes.
- We send our packages via USPS using the regular service unless you make an arrangement with us in advance. (Additional fees for Express Service will apply)
Online order and in-store pickup processing time.
- Online orders are prepared within 1 to 3 working days. We only ship on Tuesdays and Fridays unless you make an arrangement with us beforehand.
- In-store pick-up order preparation can take up to 24 hours to complete. Please wait for our confirmation before picking up your items. Items will be kept aside for a period of one week if no payment has been made on the online purchase.
Holidays, strikes and other possible delays.
- Additional processing and shipment transit time are to be expected during busier period, statutory holidays and possible postal services strikes. Please be aware that delays might occur. and allow extra time for your order to be received.
- Regarding Christmas and winter festive season orders in particular, we highly suggest to order well in advance to guarantee reception of your products on time. Postal services become overwhelmed and often times the estimated shipping time-frames they provide us are not accurate. We will do our best to ship your order in a timely manner, unfortunately once the package as left us we don't have any control on it's journey anymore.

Online order and in-store pickup payments.
- Online orders can be paid by Paypal, Mastercard, Visa, Discovery and American Express.
- In-store pick-up orders can be paid in advance using the same method as online or on-site with cash, debit and credit cards including Mastercard, Visa and American Express as well as with a gift certificate. The products will be kept aside for a period of one week if no payment was made during the checkout.
Returns, exchanges and refunds
- Please contact us before returning a product purchased online. You will have to bear the cost of return delivery.
- You have 30 days after receiving the item or in-store pickup to make an exchange or initiate a return by mail.
- Exchanges are allowed in store only with proof of purchase within 30 days.
- All products must be exchanged in their original packaging.
- Each product is inspected for quality, condition and working condition before being shipped or set aside. If a problem with your product or order should occur, we will take the necessary steps to resolve the situation. Please contact us if you receive a defective or broken product.
